Ann's Biography

Ann R. Swanson writes from her home in Russell, PA. A retired educator, she now has time to continue learning while serving others. Volunteer work includes manning the desk at Warren General Hospital, volunteering at the Warren Senior Center on occasion, and coordinating community Vacation Bible School.

The grandchildren spend a great deal of time at Hickory Heights - time that is mutually enjoyable for Grandma. Faithful companions, Hannah a beagle/spaniel mix dog, and Goliath the fluffy orange cat, provide entertainment and love.

This verse from a picture in a business that Ann frequents sums up her feelings well:
